On 09-May- 2010 (Sunday) a group of more than 6000 Vysa community members gathered at vriddhachalam to create a history - to be part of the Guinness World Record by performing the "Simultaneous Painting of Lord Kannika parameswari picture by more than 3500 people". It has broken the previous record of mere 900 people.
